Ms. Kaipa is a highly experienced math educator and leadership coach with over 20 years of expertise in K–12 education. Her work focuses on building strong mathematical foundations, supporting instructional excellence, and fostering equity in schools. She has served as a classroom teacher, math coach, and consultant, partnering with schools across the San Francisco Bay Area to enhance math instruction and student outcomes.

With a deep understanding of curriculum design, data-informed instruction, and teacher development, Hansa brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to her work — helping students thrive and empowering educators to lead with clarity and confidence. She earned her B.A. from UC Berkeley and her Master’s in Math Education from the University of San Francisco.

Hansa lives in San Francisco with her husband and three sons, all of whom attend public schools in the city. She brings both professional expertise and a parent’s perspective to everything she does.
