Hansa is a seasoned math educator and leadership coach with over two decades of experience in K–12 education, specializing in math education, equity-focused instructional support, and professional development. She has held various roles including teacher, math coach, and consultant, working with both public and charter schools primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area. She consistently supports instructional leaders and teachers through coaching, curriculum development, and data-driven strategies to improve student outcomes, particularly in underserved communities. She has a BA from the University of California Berkeley and a Master’s Degree in Math Education at USF. She has three sons in public schools in SF and lives with her family in San Francisco.
