Arielle founded Girlmath in August 2024 to reimagine what math education can feel like for girls. After nearly a decade teaching in top independent schools—most recently at The Hamlin School for Girls—she saw firsthand how deeply math confidence shapes a girl’s sense of self.

At Girlmath, Arielle and her incredible team create spaces where middle school girls feel seen, challenged, and inspired. Their classes are rigorous yet joyful, designed to nurture not just strong math skills, but also curiosity, courage, and connection. Arielle believes learning is both mathematical and emotional—and that how we teach matters just as much as what we teach.

She holds a Master’s in Teaching from Brandeis University and a Psychology degree from Emory University. Her work is rooted in research, shaped by real classroom experience, and driven by a deep commitment to helping young people grow into confident, self-trusting learners.
